Washroom was filthy hair in the tub and dirt around the tub. Had no choice as I was only staying a few hours for a connection and had my toddler with me. Shuttle service was the only great thing. "

"Very impressed by this hotel! Super clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing and very helpful! We felt comfortable walking around outside the hotel and it has lots of access to public transportation both bus and subway. I would love to stay here again on our next visit to the area!"

"Upon entering my reserved room, I was met with a cigarette odor, very unpleasant. Room key gave difficulty resulting in having to ask staff to reprogram the key several times. "

The next 5 towels all had different yellow spots and stains all over. Shower curtain had hair. I left 3 hours after checking in, couldn’t do it. Staff is very friendly but the owners of the place have to work on cleanliness "
