"Very nice newly remodeled room."

"We were upgraded to a Executive King Suite which was over the top. Rooms here are not cheap but understand one is in a facility which has everything and is part of the Casino, We attended a great concert in Event Center which is part of the complex. Never had to leave once we checked in. Very top shelf enjoyment!"

"Somebody needs to go outside and pick up trash!! There was litter everywhere. I selected this hotel because of the pool, however it wasnt initially open when i got there. I go out at 6 and when i returned at 8:30 there where people in the pool. I dont know when it open but i had a 6 and 3 year old and that was too late. The breakfast was good, there was a nice selection and fresh fruit. The room was smaller than expected as well, the pictures are definitely deceiving. "

"From ease of checkin to the assistance when I felt ill the staff showed they cared heavily for their positions in the company and service was their main concern. Thank You Staff!!! "

"The room was absolutely disgusting. There was glass shards, what looked like a tampon wrapper and dirt on the floor of the bathroom, the shower had hair in the shelves, there was a container of Vaseline on the floor along with mounds of dirt, the heater had what looked like mold on the blower, and it smelled like dingy moldy mildew. I couldn’t breathe in the room. I didn’t even stay for an hour, and the next morning my nose was bleeding. The absolute worst hotel I have ever seen or smelled (tasted) what a complete disaster. "

"Easy check in and very close to the hospital. We had a short stay not even a full night but it gave us peace of mind to have a quiet space to rest. Lobby was bright and they had fruit water for free. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was clean. Check out was simple, drop the key in box. We’d definitely stay again!"
