「My stay here was absolutely fantastic! The room was so clean, it had curated decor for Memphis music scene, and the staff communication was 100/10. Check-in and check-out was a breeze, the gated security gates made me feel extremely safe as a solo traveler. The bed was comfy, the bathroom has all the basic essentials, full size fridge and freezer, full kitchen, and everything was neatly labeled to find what you need. The on-site laundry made packing for my 4 night trip super easy as I did a load...

「The place itself is fine—it’s clean and well-located—but the overall experience was terrible. We went three days without air conditioning. The manager doesn't resolve anything and has a very poor attitude. To top it all off, on Saturday—our day off—a fire alarm activated. before 6:00 a.m. and kept ringing for over an hour, Well, personally, it was a very bad experience.」
