「The hotel is conveniently located near Dam Square. It is within walking distance to central station or hotel guests can take a tram for 2 stops before reaching it. The staff are friendly and helpful. When we first checked in, we were given a choice of either a room at street level facing the busy main road or a more quiet one at the side. We chose the latter but soon found out that the drainage in the bathroom was poor. Every time after shower, the whole tiled floor in the bathroom was flooded...
