「The hotel really just a few steps to the beach and the honolulu zoo. Also close to the Diamond head. The breadfast was free and sumptuous. The real problem of this hotel I think is, too many residents but too few elevators and they run too slow. I sometimes had to wait for 3 elevators to be able to get in. 」

「Some parts of the rooms could use some updating but generally great. The staff is great and helpful, valet staff is superb! Location is hard to beat and very central - entry walkway to the beach is right across the street. The hotel is right in the middle of everything you could need out of a location for convenience. My fourth time staying here in a row.」

「The location is great and the room space is big enough for 3 people. Reception Amber is really nice and friendly, thanks for helping us get our room smoothly and early. Only onething we think can improve better that the schedule of house keeping is arranged not well. We back to our room at 2 pm then found the room not clean up yet, after that we get rest in the room around 30 minutes then waitress come. We told her we don't need to clean the room and want to stay here for resting, bur she said...

「Turns out there was breakfast, There is no breakfast! The hotel was under renovation without notice. Didn’t tell me that three was a parking fee! I’m very disappointed with this trip. Why so much extra money?」

「The location of this property is perfect. Easy access to the beach and walkability to shopping and dining in Waikiki. The pool area is smaller than other hotels nearby and if you get the basic room, bring earplugs because you’ll be over the valet facing a busy street. 」
