"The Location is good ,walking distance from the shopping area and the Train station, staff are kind, Breakfast is perfect, am regularly stay in this hotel, but I noticed this time smell of drainage in the bath room which is annoying me."

"We had a very good nights sleep in excellent quality beds and bedwear! We appreciated that radiators worked very quick to warm up the room in the morning and the possibility to have a cup of tea in the room. The windows are thick so we heard no noice whatsoever and talking about the back side of the hotel; the parking was free during the weekend. What we missed was schampoo in the shower, we are used to have toiletry included in hotels. "

There was a little confusion at check in as we received an email saying we could check in at 2:00 but when we arrived, a fairly flustered server said that check in was at 3:00. She did check on the room and it was ready by 2:00. The other staff were quite helpful, our room (#1) had its own balcony to sit outside, and faced the back of the hotel (avoids the street noise at the front on the canal and over the restaurant).
