「The location is beautiful and the apartment is very clean and well styled. The property was a little tricky to locate at first as there is no signage/reception. Be aware that you will need to take your luggage up a very narrow flight of stairs. 」

「Not Luxtury but great for us. Location was perfect and facilities were much better than a small hotel room. It was spacious and quiet. We could come back in the afternoon and relax and enjoy the room and go back out in the evening. The fridge was well stocked with snacks, drinks and sandwiches. We asked for some extra bits and Jasper was happy to oblige. Would recommend to any other couples exploring Amsterdam. 」

「peaceful stay at the house of a local dutch lady who was very helpful and pleasent . the room was very basic and all i really needed as i was out most of the day of my 4 day visit . sezane has a lovley little dog called "pomy" which i hope is well xxx kisses from across the sea pomy . the area was fantasic as it was very close to the museum quarter , but you can only get tickets online to the VAN GOGH museum which i missed ill get there next time 」

「Very good location. We went all attractions by walk during stays in Amsterdam. Many restaurants nearby. The house is amazing that it's a historical building. Buiten dat de wc-knop stuk was, was alles in orde.
Goed geslapen, al lig je in het centrum.

「Wir haben spontan gebucht und wurden um 21:30 Uhr sehr herzlich von Anneke empfangen. Es ist alles sehr herzlich, man kann sich nur wohlfühlen. Die Betten sind groß und bequem, 2 Einzelbetten nebeneinander. Alles super sauber. Parken kostet nicht extra, Hund 7,50 Euro/Tag, was wirklich fair ist. Nachts ist es herrlich ruhig. Frühstück 9-10 Uhr ist eine sehr angenehme Zeit. 」

「The place is very beautiful and comfortable, the host takes care about every detail in the hotel, the design of the room, the flowers, and everything you need in the bathroom. The kitchen offers some simple equipment (cooking not available), and a variety of nice coffee and teabags free to your use. The host family is staying upstairs of the hotel room but it's separated so it feels very private. Overall the stay is great I will definitely recommend it to my friends.」

"Overall, I had a great stay. The design of the hotel was stylish and thoughtfully curated—modern, with a sophisticated color palette that I really loved. The only downside was the noise from the room above. Every late night and early morning, I could clearly hear footsteps overhead, and even the ceiling light fixture in my room would rattle with a metallic or glass-clinking sound. It was quite unsettling and affected my rest. If the sound insulation between floors could be improved, it would make the experience so much better. That said, the aesthetic of the space was beautiful, and I truly appreciated the hotel’s unique and elevated design.

"I really love this hotel! It’s very eco-friendly, comfortable, and smells great. The design is so stylish, and I truly enjoy everything about it.
The only thing that really bothered me was the occasional light knocking sound on the walls throughout the day. It especially affected my sleep at night.
Also, the pillows were too soft for my preference.
If I have the chance, I’d love to stay here again, but I hope the knocking sound won’t happen next time.
