"The staff were super friendly and helpful and really improved my Alishan experience. The view was stunning. They make great tea too. Only suggestion is to bring your own coffee since they don’t provide it in the rooms. Otherwise highly recommend."

"Room was exceptionally clean, no dust on top of the TV etc. Room is very elegant, as well as the entire hotel decoration. Staff were very friendly. Accommodation in the room were very nice. Mini fridge has a working freezer. Shampoo and shower gel were of high quality, doesn't leave cheap dry feeling on your hair or skin. Definitely get the bathtub room! And don't miss the breakfast part! The stay was so comfortable I decided to extend an extra day since I was so tired from walking the Alishan. Simply put, it's not just an overnight stay, it's a true resting spot."

"四人房空間ok可以平放4個29寸行李箱， 房間整齊，但是床有點太硬枕頭太軟，不知道是不是床單沒有很乾淨，我與另外一位長輩有輕微皮膚過敏起紅疹，過了幾個小時後有好轉，服務人員很熱情，樓下有餐廳可以吃懷石套餐。"
