「Excellent hotel - staff all super helpful and breakfast was amazing. 」

「Conveniently situated hotel with nice, air conditioned rooms and a good restaurant next door. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, especially the lady who sits by the entrance door. Good selection of drinks in the room. Well cleaned for general use, but could do with a good spring clean, dirty in places when you look closer. Restaurant next door does excellent food in the evening, but the breakfast there is lacking. You have to ask for tea or coffee or you don't get it, as there is...

「Great value」

「Room clean was standard, staff behaviours very good , breakfast not upto the mark. Guests had no option. Shops nearby is costly.」

「It was a clean, comfortable, and warm stay at Metropole!」

「This property is not at all what shown online or in reviews. It is worse than a 1 star. Lowest level of cleanliness, not at all safe and creepy staff.」

「THIS IS A ONE STAR HOTEL. THE BEDSHEETS WERE DIRTY AND NOT CHANGED. THEN THEY CHANGED THE ROOM AND IT WAS A LOTTLE BETTER. RUBBISH HOTEL. I WOULD ASK FOR REFUND.」
