The hotel is right in the middle of everything but still hard to get to. The room was very small and only had twin beds.

The room was not what they are supposed to provide as per my booking- small, congested and dirty. No towel or soap were provided.

The hotel was in a good fairly quiet location 10 mins walk from the Metro and good bus routes. The room was clean and comfortable. On my last day I had a late night flight and after sigtseeing I was offered the use of a room fopr half an hour to have a quick shower and change. Only downside was no breakfast available in the restaurant one morning, but could be ordered as room service, albeit without the buffet options. Also the taxi driver from the airport had difficulty finding the place. Printable directions in English and Bengali would be helpful.

This is a low-cost, no-frills hotel that was perfectly adequate for what we needed: an overnight stay near Victoria Monument and other centrally-located sites. We were pleasantly surprised to find the service and cleanliness much better than expected. Our plane was delayed, so we ate room service instead of going out; food was good and reasonably priced. Overall, a very good experience, and our best wishes to the staff.

Avoid

Phone number listed on the reservation was not working. Was very hard to find the hotel. Rooms tiny, stuffy. Our room opened into a hallway that opened an alley, no security. Hallway was very noisy, and I did not feel comfortable at all. Checked out within 40 minutes of checking in, management didn't bother asking why..

What's that noise?

Looks great...but. What is not seen in the good looking room photos is the very loud water pump that runs several times during the day for an hour starting often around 6am. A restful stay I did not have because of it.

Incorrect booking info do first night no fun crammed 3 into 1 very small room. Paid for 2. Staff very friendly.Great location. blankets could do with a good wash.But otherwise good.

Reasonably priced hotel near Park St area

The hotels is reasonably priced and located near Park st area. US and british consulate are 25 mins walk away. The room and facilities were okay. The cleanliness was bit on disappointing side - I could see some dirt on floor in some areas. The staff was responsive and brought breakfast on time. Overall reasonable hotel without breaking your budget.
