Staff was so nice and attentive, breakfast was fantastic, amenities were truly exceptional, close to king street and everything we needed but not close to the extent where you can be bothered by noise. Our only recommendations would be a broader range of higher protein options at breakfast, late night room service options, and an addition of a house car to help with rides to local spots such as dinner. Will definitely stay again!」

「Staff very very nice; however, the hotel is not nearly as nice or spacious as it appears online. The public spaces feel very cramped and too small to really enjoy; for example the lobby is very small and right past the check in desk. Not a welcoming environment four lounging. The rooms are a good size but ours did not have a door between the room and the double vanity area of the bathroom which was very unappealing. Someone had stored fish in our mini fridge so the smell was horrible. It...

「I loved the kitchenette and good size fridge was very useful. Breakfast was OK. Very clean bathroom. The floor at the entrance was a little sticky, didn’t cause much discomfort took me two minutes to wipe with wet paper towel. Great location. Satisfied overall.」
