「Upon arrival I waited a very long time for someone to come to the desk and assist me.. the property inside and out was clean and well maintained. Room was clean and comfy, however water pressure took 30 min to rinse my shoulder length hair and the rips in the shower curtain allowed water to escape the shower and soak the bathroom. Tub was also very slippery. Breakfast bar was stocked and fresh. Overall id stay again.」

「There were bed bugs and termites all over the room. There was also pet hair everywhere 」

「We had a non-smoking room that smelled horrible of cigarette smoke with burn holes in the comforters. Stuff splattered on walls and toilet seat not completely clean. Staff was friendly, though. They came and mopped our floor with dirty water they had been using in all the other rooms. Would be a nice hotel if the rooms didn’t stink and they did a little better cleaning.」

No housekeeping service for us since we were staying a week and I guess they don't come until you leave. Only 1 towel per person. My husband stopped by front desk and requested a couple new ones (our were soaked after multiple uses) but they didn't have any clean ones so they said they would bring some and never did. 「Refrigerator didn’t work and informed front desk who said maintenance was on site she will have someone look at it. More than 24 hrs later called the front desk for an update but they were unable to supply any information. We were offered another room so we had to pack up and unpack again. Was told by staff member Bryson that we would receive a monetary compensation but we did not get anything for our inconvenience.」
