I booked this room for the one night for my son after he had to move out of his dorm the day before graduation. When he went to check in, they required a deposit in cash. They would not take a credit card. This was in the fine print, but it was easy to miss this. He did not have the cash and we were over 2 hours away from him. They refused to give him a room, and they also would not refund us. We did not cancel, but since it was the day of check in, they would not refund. Expedia would also not refund, saying it had to come from the hotel. The management staff were rude and not accommodating.
