"I like that it was off/away from the main thoroughfare. That is what contributed to it being a more quiet facility.
I was in room 208 and the air conditioning wasn't quite as cool as it should have been."
"Check in smooth. Fridge not working in room but got fixed after a couple of requests. Basic facilities and breakfast was as basic as could be. A supermarket near by, also a couple of bar/restaurants. 20 minute walk to the main area of town and the local train service to downtown Chicago (Metra). OK for the price"

"Very nice hotel for the price and exceptionally clean. It’s a great value, and if they added just a few more amenities they could certainly charge more. Would definitely stay again if in the Schaumburg area. "
"Our stay was overall good. The hotel was purchased by Holiday Inn but we were not informed of the change so it was a little confusing. It must have been a recent move since the hotel seems to be under some renovations. Regardless, the stay was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The area was safe and convenient for our stay. With some upgrades, the hotel would receive an additional star. "
"Hyatt Schaumburg is located in an area that is upscale, with plenty of shopping and good restaurants. The hotel itself is modern and well maintained. The staff that I encountered were excellent. I asked Kam , the receptionist, where something was located , and instead of pointing she walked me to the location and in addition, showed me two more areas ( pool & gym). Poll is small , only 4 foot deep but room temperature, not icy cold. Starbucks in the lobby . Breakfast is buffet priced at over $20 , but nice , with just about everything, including omelette station. Tool has programable safe. Bathroom is rather small . You can't enter the shower without closing the bathroom entrance door. Room was clean on arrival and cleaned daily . Checkin is at 4 pm, checkout is at 11 am ."
