「Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing. We were accommodated in a room directly opposite the building entrance, despite the fact that the hotel knew we were travelling as a family with two young children. The noise was unbearable, practically 24 hours a day, making it extremely difficult to rest or sleep. On top of that, the bright illuminated KFC advertising sign directly outside the room was shining into the room throughout the night, making it very difficult to sleep even with...

「We stayed in this hotel for 6 days. The room was tidy at the first glance. They got welcome drinks. Good view from the windows, as it is very close to the art and science museum. Close to the supermarket. You could fill up water from the corridor to stay hydrate. This hotel is next to the mall, you could dine in from the restaurants there. Here are some of the cons of staying in this hotel: The toilet had some kind of smell from the pipe. For the housekeeping, the cleaners needed to have...

「Nice hotel, lovely modern room, great hydro spa, but its a 30min bus ride into town, which is also where most excursions will pick you up from and drop you off.」

「Very good hotel, except the location is not good.」

「Hotel nuovo, camera pulita, con letti comodi, mini frigo , bollitore e bustine di thè e caffè in omaggio. Personale gentilissimo. Vicino a tram e bus per facili spostamenti. Consiglio」

「Nice staff, very good location to the Museum and the beach. Terrible experience about the room. We stayed in the room 206 at the beginning. It is unbelievable, room 205 and 206 are seperated by a single door! I could hear the person in the room 205 having shower, flushing the water or even turning on/off the light. The next day, we got the room changed. We did not have the problem of the noise. However, the bed is another issue. The bed is not fixed, the rollers of bed can slightly move If you...

「Breakfast excellent. Gym shabby. Nice lobby but shabby narrow corridor. Comparable to 3star hotels in the states.」

「Staffs are ok and breakfast is great, but the most problematic issue is shower head was broken and hot water is inconsistency in pressure.」

「Clean and new room. Property in a great location」

「Excellent location and very nice staff. Underground parking is limited, spaces are tight and at 20 euro per day however, free parking is available on the streets (look for white lines). Big parking lot behind the hotel at 50m walking distance and also on the street.」
