"The breakfast was incredible; it was the best hotel breakfast we had in Greece. The hotel was very nice. There were reviews saying that it's in a somewhat sketchy neighborhood, but if you're familiar with cities, you'll be fine. The rooftop deck is very nice, though the pool is a little cold. We were very happy with our stay here. This hotel is also located right by the metro station, and an easy few stops away from the Acropolis. We also did the executive lounge upgrade and enjoyed getting the extra coffee and soda to help us get over jet lag. Overall, if I come to Athens again, I will definitely stay here again, we enjoyed our stay very much."

"Room was nice, the breakfast was great. Most of the staff were nice, there was one young doorman that surprised me and my group. We tried to enter and he put his whole body infront of the door and asked what we were doing. I replied, “going inside?.” He then starts asking where we are staying, are we sure we are staying there. Even asked to see our room card before letting us back into our hotel. When we brought up our concerns to the front desk, the gentleman at the desk said, “he is new” and chuckled. "

"Electra Metropolis is a very solid choice in Athens, and I would stay here again, primarily for its excellent location. The hotel is perfectly positioned in Syntagma, making it incredibly easy to walk to most major sites, restaurants, and shopping areas. For a short city break, this level of convenience is hard to beat, and the area also felt very safe, even in the evenings. The room itself was on the smaller side but well designed and functional. Cleanliness was excellent throughout the stay, housekeeping and turndown service were consistently on point, which made a noticeable difference. The bed was comfortable, although the pillows were synthetic, which may not suit everyone. One of the highlights is breakfast. The rooftop setting with views of the Acropolis is genuinely special, and the food selection was good with attentive service. It’s a great way to start the day before heading out. Service across the hotel was friendly and efficient, with staff generally helpful and welcoming. Facilities are decent. The gym is located in the basement and is on the smaller side, but sufficient for a quick workout. Very good experience and highly recommended. "

Breakfast is amazing with a lovely choice of delicious options. Views from the sky lounge are spectacular and offer a relaxing spot to enjoy with a great swimming pool. "Overall great hotel and wonderful lobby and friendly staff. Sitting on rooftop having breakfast with view of acropolis was amazing. The breakfast itself was plentiful and varied, but refilling could have been a bit quicker. Imagine it would be extremely busy at peak times (we went off peak) and not so pleasant. The staff were all friendly though. Good location about 15 min walk into tourist city centre, and 5 min walk from metro. They stored our luggage for us on the last day which was very helpful. We had a deluxe room which had a huge queen bed. The view was of a derelict building, and the bathroom was clean but small, which was a slight let down. Wonderful touch from hotel who left an anniversary cake in our room which was one of the best chocolate cakes I have eaten!"

"Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff was welcoming, nice and helpful with suggestions and assistance. The rooms were clean and nice. The only issue I had was the shower that had no cortin and each shower the room and everything in it was wet."
