「The staff was great, the room was clean. We had a small issue with our door not locking, but that was sorted quickly. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy at night, but we would stay there again. Hopefully they will offer breakfast soon. Overall, it was a great stay.」

「What a wonderful hotel.Harris kept in touch with me before our arrival and our rooms were ready for us as soon as we arrived. We were welcomed by warm friendly staff. The rooms had nearly everything you would need the only item missing was a hair dryer. The bed was very comftable and everyone in my party can not wait to go back. From outside the building and even in main corridor, you would not think how it could look inside. The inner lobby for Kin rooms was also thoughtfully designed, which helps prepare you for how nice your room is. Kitchenette had good amenities for simple cooking and eating in. 「The hotel and the view was wonderful, excellent location and easy to get around by metro or bus and explore the whole city. The hotel was very nice, and the cleaning lady was very friendly and helpful. The only thing was that the A.C automatically turned off, and you had to get up in the middle of the night to turn it back on, which sometimes made you feel hot.」

「We enjoyed our stay here, the rooms were clean and well kept. One of the towels had a stain on it and although we could have asked for a replacement it wasn't that bad. The breakfast was adequate. I probably wouldn't bother with the breakfast again as there is a supermarket close by and bakeries and cafes only a 100m away so not worth the extra paid. Overall though, great location, clean, kitchen had everything needed, great communication via WhatsApp, would definitely stay again.」

「Hotel is located in a busy neighborhood and I regret booking a room with window and fountain view. Bad soundproof and useless blackout curtain, dun expect one can sleep. Slow WiFi with bad connection. Limited amenities (even phone got disconnected). Way overpriced and really not worth it.」
