「The maid was mad that we were still in our room and spoke up to us. We tried to get a late check out but the phone in the room wasn’t working. I brought my puppy bc my mom was in the ICU and this housekeeper made my trip very stressful. When I talked to the staff in the office he said he would have granted me a late check out. She said new guests were coming and I need to get out. Ok lady take a chill pill.」

「Lovely grounds, a great base to explore wine country. I knocked one star off because the room, while clean, was very basic - no coffee maker/water boiler, small (but functional). Nice breakfast, lounge, places to hang out outdoors. We had a room on 2nd floor, and I didn't see an elevator, so if you're disabled, you might want to check about access before going」

「Pool wasnt in service but want told to us on the website or before paying . It's summer and that's one of the reasons we chose it. The price should have been lower considerong that pools are one of the main reasons behind choosing a stay. Very disappointed . Very..」
