「No WiFi in the room. Not enough hot water for shower at night.」

「Reception only open between 12noon and 8pm. No lift available after or before that. No hand rail on the stairs! Not disabled friendly. Our room was clean but shower door wouldn’t shut in my son’s room. Water everywhere! He also found 2 cockroaches in his room. Nowhere to put underwear etc away. Had to leave in the suitcase. There was a hanging rail for tops etc.」

「Amazing stay one of the best small hotel experiences we’ve had the staff could not do enough for you beautiful location and building food and wine first class highly recommend 」

「The hotel, once you can manage to identify it and get in, was lovely. We received no information on the location of the hotel, the name of the hotel didn't match the booking, and both hotels in the village belong to the same company and we had no idea which we were in. There was no manned reception, and no-one answered the phone numbers supplied. Eventually another guest gave us a number to use WhatsApp on, and we got the check in details. Suffice to say we were not impressed. . . However, next...
