The room was spotless and had everything we needed — and the hot tub was such an amazing bonus! It made the stay feel that bit more special, and we used it every night. The staff couldn’t have been nicer; everyone we spoke to was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care that we were enjoying our stay. Little touches like that really make a difference. The hotel itself is super family-friendly with entertainment and activities for all ages. From kids’ programs to evening shows and wellness options for adults, there’s always something to do. The food was excellent — fresh, varied, and delicious at every meal. What truly stood out was the staff — warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. They really made us feel at home. Parking was also a breeze, with plenty of spaces available, which made getting around the island even easier.
