We didn't get hand towels and I had to request a mat to place on the bathroom floor after getting out of the shower. There were no lotion or shampoo, no refrigerator to keep anything cold. 「I checked before booking about air conditioning. We had a plug in fan that kept the room cool at night. There is no split or mounted air conditioning. Ask the staff to open your bathroom vent if it doesn’t open. Beautiful place with comfy bed!」
