「I arrived late at night and expected check-in to be a bit of a struggle, but it was actually super easy and took less than five minutes. The front desk staff was very polite, helpful, and made the process smooth. When I got to my room, I was impressed by how clean it was—honestly way better than the pictures posted online. 「The room was extremely clean, staff was kind and attentive, the pool are was beautifully maintained, the breakfast was delicious and full of food no matter what time you went down, and the lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays! It was a perfect stay and I would give it more stars if I was able!」

「The staff was so helpful and friendly. The rooms are luxurious with soft comfy beds, nice pillows and nespresso machine in your room. The view of the harbor from the bar is beautiful. They even have an area with boards games and a large table to play at. The breakfast varies day to day but each day its a nice spread. My daughter loves it when the have bowls of fresh berries. We have stayed here twice and time it a great experience. Treat yourself to a stay here.」

「Room was very clean, lots of space and up to date. Cake stocked with all the dishes, pans and appliances you could need. Staff was very friendly and easy access to the Waterpark. We traveled with a dog as well. Room was close to an exit and dog walking area. 」
