「Room is spacious and clean in general. AC super loud and dusty. Phone very dusty too. Poor sound proof. You can hear doors closing heavily on your floor, people talking in their rooms and even dogs barking in a room. 」

「Very terrible experience. Booked this hotel as I had an important interview downtown in Albany. When I arrived there at 9pm, it’s overbooked and we were relocated to a motel 20 mins away. The motel was terrible and the hair dryer was even broken. The staff was rude when we tried to understand the situation. The staff on duty promised to cover the extra transportation costs from the motel to the bus terminal for the next day and arranged a taxi for us. But we were kicked out of the taxi as the...

「all accommodations was okay except the bathroom could have used a better cleaning around the toilet and tub because you could have seen it was a rush job and made was only sweet and not even properly」

「Everything fine except super noisy neighbors carrying on well past midnight. Complained to the front desk and they came up to address. Noise still didn't stop right away but eventually did.」

「Just stayed overnight as our flight was cancelled and had to leave early to catch the first flight out. The room was clean and spacious, front desk staff was welcoming. Too bad we didn’t get to have the free breakfast nor the afternoon reception as the latter was only offered every Wednesday. Airport shuttle service was a big plus and they come every 10 minutes 」
