"郊外の小さくて落ち着いたホテルです。窓が大きくて開放 感があります。カーテンの遮光性は不十分なのでアイマスクが必要でした。寝具、洗面、シャワー、トイレは清潔で快適でした。部屋にはキャビネットとクローゼットがあり、スーツケースの荷物をそちらに移せば、暮らすように過ごせて快適でした。ガーデンビューの開放感のあるレストランで提供される朝食は、上品で美味しかったです。
スタッフさんは皆親切でした。
ホテルと同じ建物内に銀行が入っているのでキャッシングに便利でした。すぐ近くにスーパーやカフェレストラン、郵便局もありとても便利です。地下鉄の駅までタクシーなら5分、徒歩は28分かかりますが、ファミリーパーク内を抜けて歩いて行くルートは楽しめました。 またアルマトイに滞在するならこのホテルを選びます！"
