"I hate to leave a bad review because the employees seem nice and responsive but this is a travelers nightmare. When you’re traveling to an unknown city you want to stay in a place that is safe, clean, comfortable, and convenient. Unfortunately thats not what this company provided. When you book they dont tell you that its an apartment complex with actual residents all around you. "A lovely house and amazing view of the America tower nearby; I loved that there was available shampoo and available transport with bikes in the closets, not sure if we were able to uses them but it is an amazing idea for transport. Everything was key to detail. Just an amazing host. Thank you 😊."

"We arrived at 1:30 am and couldn’t figure out the lock so we called and the live agent was super helpful walking us through everything. The home was lit up and warm on that very cold morning. Everything was clean and in working order, WiFi was provided, good water pressure, TVs in most rooms. Comfortable beds with nice bedding. It was perfect size for our family needs during this trip. "
