「Excellent services and very nice staff.」

「The hotel is clean, but recaption staff are not professional. The gym is poor condition with equipment and opens from 10am till 10pm. I reserved the largest sweet and it’s small compared to other hotels. Bed are bad mattress everyday you’ll have back pain and ache. They try to squeeze money on normal services like asking for ice bucket which is free in all the hotels around the world. 」

「Special word of appreciation for Amira, Shaimaa, Neshma & Noor. The culture within the staff is of equality and professionalism. I liked how the CEO Mr Mohasin, the owner, Mr Jalal would be as available to the guests as Mai, Saieed, Alwi from the front desk. Did I mention Fahd. He serves the best food with an even better smile. Loved my stay and will come again. 」

Quelques points d’amélioration au niveau du house keeping : nous avons dû les appeler chaque jour car il manquait des choses dans la chambre (serviettes, papier toilette,…). 「The view of the pyramids from my suite was incredible. I had a spa suite and you could sit in the spa and see all 3 pyramids. The suite itself was gorgeous but the staff in particular Omar and Eisha went above and beyond for me and as a solo traveller they made my stay at this amazing hotel fantastic. They have a great pool to relax in but the staff were just beautiful. thank you again for everything 」

「Temizlik umduğundan iyi idi. Personel de güler yüzlü, ilgili idi. Ancak çatıda siparişler çok geç geliyor, etler çok sert , yine de tatil moduyla iyi idi, Rezervasyonum piramid manzaralı idi. Oda, son anda tura dahil olup ayrılınca belki o yüzden günlük en üst fiyattan oluşunu da rezervasyonda hatırlıyorum, orada bi yanlışlık oldu, gece geç saat gidince ısrar edemedim ,standart odada kaldım. Asıl önemli olan temizlik için özel oda istemiştim, karşılandı… Teşekkür ederim」
