"What a view! Staff was incredibly helpful in setting up tours and driver. Breakfast staff was friendly. Hotel was a bit dated, but the view and staff more than made up for it. Kamal Ali was especially helpful. Did I mention the view? Was great to enjoy with breakfast or dinner! "

Mohamad ! Greeted me with my name and drove me safely to the airport while telling about great interesting facts I haven’t learned , As Soon I arrived at the Door i received Great Service!!! The lobby smelled so good ! It was clean and welcoming! Ali greeted me with a Great Welcome , and my check in Fast and easy ! He also provided Great tour suggestions ! My room was clean !!! And it smelled so good as soon as i opened the door ! The Rooftop 700 /Akeim Restaurant took great Great Service to the next level everyone was welcoming and what I loved the most is how they all worked as a Real team to help all Guest ! Lisan always made my dinner experience great ! The food was so delicious and hot and fresh and the Fruit juices were always amazing with the added fresh fruit! During breakfast Ismael and Kamal helped me with great service ! Always brought me fresh juice and water and made sure to always check on me they would even speak even if I want eating ! It was amazing Time I can’t wait to Go back 12/10 Experience!!"
