「All was good except the guest relationship manager. He was not friendly at all. When we reported an issue, what he did was pushing the issue instead of considering in a guest aspect. Fortunately, a staff from Australia was very nice and helpful. He knows how to listen and how to solve the problem. Any way, very nice experience in this hotel except the guest relationship manager.」

「I have stayed for 7 nights during xmas vacation and here are my comments 1) Lobby and room look very modern and tidy 2) Staff are very nice 3) A bit mess on breakfast time arrangement. There's obviously not enough staff to serve. Too many people in the restaurant that the waiting time to get the seats is long, the white floor is not clean enough, food cannot be re-filled efficiently」

「I travel a lot and stay in many hotels and I usually don’t leave reviews but it would be unfair not to review this stay and give a 5 star rating to this hotel.
