"Very convenient drop off from airport limousine bus right at the door. It is quite close to the subway station. It is quite a walk from the main tourist area if you want to be very close to the shopping area. It is on the more quiet side of Shinjuku. There is a lot of good restaurant nearby. The hotel itself is clean and staff are very nice. Room is super small but expected in Tokyo area."

"The accommodations were awesome. The hotel was able to book our two rooms next to each other. The amenities and services were exactly as advertised (luggage, laundry service). Staff were incredible. Location in is perfect to get around Tokyo via quick walking access to all trains (all lines). Our family wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!"

"We got a three person room and the beds were large enough for everyone. As you can expect for most hotels in Japan there was not a ton of extra space sound the beds but we could make it work. Location was fantastic - close to main train station and lots of food options. Breakfast buffet was also excellent! "
