「I was very impressed about this property, I had stay many times in Madrid and always feel the places are old and dirty. This property was recently remodeled and its immaculate. I love how close it is from many places and the A/C was so COLD !!! Being an American visiting Europe I really appreciate this ! I will recommend this place to all my friends and family and I will for sure visit it very soon !」

「The apartment was very neat, spacious, has everything you would need to use as an apartment on checking in, me and my family were so happy seeing all the spacious wordropes and drawers,kitchen utensils complete, iron table and iron it self,we did not regret booking the apartment even though it was at the 14th floor, the lifts worked perfectly well throughout our stay ,we love everything about the apartment, I will recommend the apartment 101% to people visiting Marid.」

「客房很大還可以烹飪，適合家庭和不習慣西國料理喜歡烹飪的旅客！房間雖大但不是很新，廁所有些老舊，還有很重的霉味！我們連住三晚，第一晚請清潔人員打掃，隨意且不用心令人吃驚！距離主要觀光景點10站以上，往返交通很辛苦！附近相對主要觀光景點附近較無餐廳可選擇！優點為櫃檯人員親切提供行李寄放，去查馬丁火車站（可搭火車前往馬德里北部景點）只要三站！」
