We booked this for a one night stay prior to a flight the next morning. There was a Carrefour mini-market as well as Aldi close by to buy some fruit and breakfast food. We found dinner and dessert nearby as well without any issues. Only thing we did not like was that the sound was coming in from adjacent guest rooms (coughing, toilet, running water). Being closer to airport and on the Metro line were our primary goals and we were overall happy with our stay.

Nice location with good transportation near by, the pkace is comfortable and clean. I gad a bad experience on the check in because of a bad comunication and the front desk is not available always at the hoyrs they are suppose to be. But besides that the place was nice

The location was beyond amazing, 10 minutes to the Las Ventas Stadium, it was lovely. The staff was lovely too, I recalled when I enquired about laundry, they provided me with laundry pods without even asking for free. When we have concerned over speaking spanish over a delivery package, they helped us too. Thank you HA Apartahotel Quo Erosa. The room was incredle, had a little kitchen attached to it. Thank you - we love our stay there.

Decent apartment/studios for anyone planning to stay in Madrid for a bit and want a bit more functionality than a hotel. Room was a good size and clean. Front desk service was excellent. Building is a bit dated, but unlikely to be a concern for many. Only negative is that there was a fair bit of street noise in the night from garbage collection...enough that it affected my sleep. Could have been the side of the building I was on. Outside of that, I'd stay here again.

Good apartment to improve

I liked this aparthotel. I got good service when I asked for. One unexpected thing is that luggage storage is not free. Since it's an apartment, an improvement to do is to add a table with chairs. And add a shelf in the shower for soap.

Location is very good. However rooms are too small, specially bathroom was impossible. And furniture is too basic, for example it could benefit greatly from having towel hangers in the bathroom!! Have stayed before in the area and next time will stay in a hotel in the area that for the same price offers higher standard of accomodation. If you're not going it to use the (very small) fridge and microwave oven it doesn't make sense to stay here

Basic, functional, clean.

Small one room apartments. Clean and reasonably quiet, although luckily my neighbours were not loud type, as the walls are thin. No reception night time, but possible to get the keys from a safe via code they send you. Safe feeling neighbourhood. Kitchenette was clean but basic.

DEPOSIT SCAM

They ask for deposit on check in, which we didn’t mind paying. However to get the deposit back it’s been a struggle, I have been calling and calling, everyday it’s a story. We still waiting for our deposit 1 week after check out. The CLEANING STAFF WERE AMAZING. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE, THEY A SCAM
