「We got to the hotel and there was no one at the réception to Check is in. We had to wait a bit before someone came to take care of us. There was no cold water in the sink faucet nor the shower. It is summer and no one uses hot water only. Terrible experience to shower with boiling water when the temperature outside is about 30 to 35 Celsius.」

「Tout était superbe au Riad. Superbe décoration, confort et service. La table d’hôte était superbe, bravo au chef Fatima. L’emplacement est parfait, 5 mn à pied de l’ancienne ville, de la place principale et d’autres monuments. Notre séjour en famille était top. 」

「it was a disastrous experience, we arrived the doors were closed there was no one! when we called we were told because we choose payment at the property, they cancelled our booking without informing us! terrible experience , in scorching sun we had to walk back to the parking outside the city walls and sit in a nearby cafe to search for a new hotel. our day was ruined terrible experience」

「Hotel was hard to get to, especially with luggage. Room was small and dark. Water was cold. Not an option for families with kids. Management was very helpful and supportive of offering a refund and helping to find a new place for our stay in Meknes. 」
