「2 of us booked 2 rooms, and request double bed. But finally gave us one double bed room and one twins room, I have a question here, if we wanted twins room for us, why we needs to pay for one more room? they said they did not see any request . That's another question here, I understand sometimes Hotel can't reach all you request, but how if they totally not care??? no any notice? I booked though hotels.com more than 100 times, I believe their system works. 」

「We stayed here for one night and we really enjoyed our stay. We arrived at the hotel at around 9pm. It was raining heavily outside, so we were quite soaked.
