「We stayed at the Vincent 3-6 July while attending a local event. The staff have showed excellent initiative realising we might prefer a twin room as we checked in and making the necessary changes to allow this. 「The staff was very helpful but thought the price was very high as I only paid £ 57 for a night in a 4 star hotel with sea view on the Thursday week before as it was a last minute booking like this was I didn’t realise it was above a pub and with an awful view out the window and the pillow gave me neck ache but staff changed it no bother very helpful I lee」
