"La piscine et le parking sont très bien. En arrivant, la réservation n’avait pas été prise en compte. Les logements étaient très mal équipés. "They couldn’t find my Expedia reservation until the next day. You guys need a way better system than the one you have, people need to be able to book with Expedia and just show up to the hotel. But the manager on duty that night told me “it’s not us, it’s your booking.” Like it was my fault for booking online. That’s a terrible way to talk to your customers."

"I booked and confirmed a suite by phone, but when I arrived, they had given it to someone else. They offered me a “dirty” room instead, which was unacceptable. The bathroom had a leak from the bidet, the towels were very old, and when I asked for face towels, they left them on the floor outside the door! There were no large towels for the shower, and the shower was dirty. Totally unprofessional and disappointing — I paid for a suite and got a dirty, poorly maintained room. Not recommended at all."
