The hotel is located in a area where there's a lot to do walking distance. There is no parking which makes it difficult when you are carrying your luggage. The hotel is across the street from a very popular park, Jardin de San Marcos for local festivities.

Hotel is beautiful and clean. No parking on premisses, and it is extremely hard to find parking anywhere near. Also, had a hard time trying to get warm water. It was mostly boiling. Other than that, great location, beautiful hotel

Great location to downtown, lots of places for eating breakfast but only after 9:30 am. Some places open for dinner after 2:00 pm. Night life is very busy, music in the park. Hotel is pleasing, the property staff is very accommodating. The rooms need a clock, paper, pen, and better WiFi, If I moved into the bedroom there was none. I had to stay in the living room area.

Very happy unique stay

The hotel was a very unique small property near a marvelous park surrounded by food and retail stores. We enjoyed walking through the park to a restaurant where we had great food, listened to a very accomplished musician before returning to the hotel. The only negative comment is that the staff spoke very limited English so we were not sure how to use any amenities if any existed. But that is our problem for not learning the language of the native country. Overall we will stay there again.

El hotel está agradable pero no al nivel de un hotel boutique, no avisan que no tienen estacionamiento, no hay cajas de seguridad para resguardar nada y además te hacen firmar un documento al ingresar, de que no se hacen responsables por objetos extraviados, el tapete de la habitación estaba sucio a todas luces se ve que no aspiran, no pude hacer check out porque tenían un evento privado a medio pasillo entre la escalera de las habitaciones y la recepción.

Personal eficiente y amable, bello escenario frente al jardín de San Marcos, mobiliario y ambiente conservador y elegante. Desafortunadamente estaban construyendo paneles para la Feria enfrente y el acceso fue un poco complicado. Sin embargo los encargados nos ayudaron a encontrar soluciones de acceso y estacionamiento. Poder viajar con una pequeña mascota hizo de la estancia algo ideal.

Tuvimos dos inconvenientes nos asignaron una habitación que la ventana da a la calle que tiene muchos bares las 2 primeras noches pudimos dormir hasta que terminó la música el otro fue que no había agua caliente. Nos cambiaron de habitación y por fin pudimos dormir bien y bañarnos con agua caliente. Los empleados muy amables, salvo lo antes mencionado está bien el hotel.

Las habitaciones muy bonitas, aunque al estar en el centro, había mucho ruido de los bares de alrededor. No logramos descansar por el ruido y por estar preocupados por nuestro vehículo que, al no contar con estacionamiento, lo tuvimos que dejar en la calle.
