El primer día que llegamos el joven de la noche súper amable, la habitación que nos tocó estába hermosa y súper bien cuidada, por la buena experiencia decidimos quedarnos una noche más, las chicas amables pero nuestra habitación (621) fea, no tuvimos agua caliente y al querer hablar a recepción el teléfono sin línea :(

El elevador izquierdo, por alguna razón no validaba nuestra tarjeta de cuarto y , siempre que necesitábamos subir , teníamos que recurrir a el personal de mostrador, que si por alguna razón estaba ocupada , debíamos esperar , pero aún así el personal fue extremadamente amable y educado para resolvernos este detalle de la tecnología del elevador
