"Room was simple but nicely decorated, comfortable bed and excellent water pressure in the shower, staff was friendly and extremely helpful, they felt like friends by the end of our stay, property was beautifully landscaped and the breakfast was delicious, everything was healthy and fresh, just a few blocks walk to the beach and La Punta shops and restaurants. "

"The cleaning staff was great. There are some areas in the bathroom that need more detailing, shower door, soap holder and toilet. Room 315 had a leaky faucet from tge first day. We told the housekeepers and front desk, y nada! The breakfast buffet was cold for the most part. There was a young lady who helped out the day that there was no buffet. She was fast, courteous and professional. Thank her please. We did but coming from the management would be nice. The pool bar areas need tidying up. Popcorn and trash were there overnight. I told the tall gentleman at the front desk the next day. Hehe...LOTS of cell phone usage bt staff in the dining room and reception areas. They need to be more aware of their surroundings and more attentive to guest traffic to convey a more professional atmosphere. Asley in tours was very professional and explained options very well. "Great hotel, pool and area is lovely. Rooms Are big and the showers are great too. Fantastic staff, very helpful. It’s a short walk (5mins ish) to the beach and main strip but probably a bit further than other hotels. We booked for one night ended up staying another 2."

"Quirky, fun, hostel-like property. We stayed for two nights and enjoyed both pools and the area. It's a chill, relaxed environment at Nilu and the area. My morning routine was to get a cappuccino nearby at 360, walk to the beach and watch the surfers."
