「A little black mold but they took care of. Also the hot tub does not get hot, only cold jetted tub, even though it says they have a hot tub. This might be lost in translation since they call a hot tub a banheira de hidromassagem, which doesn't have the word hot (quiente) in it. Instead they do have a heated (warm) pool. Rest of the property is great, restaurant is great, breakfast is great, and staff is great.」

「We arrived at the hotel but decided not to stay. We were hoping for an intimate/up market/select stay to celebrate our 10th Wedding Anniversary. Expedia (and the hotel) were helpful in allowing us to cancel the booking with full refund. Thank you. Please note that the hotel and restaurants can be very busy - this was off-season but the hotel was packed with Conference guests … we were told they stay 6 guests to an apartment. This is not high end although has facilities to cater for large numbers...
