Cozy hotel are the center of Florianópolis

Very cozy hotel at the center of Florianópolis. Very nice place to stay if you have businesse tasks to do here, but not for tourism. The restaurant is also excellent and prices are not expensive.

A recepção foi tranquila, todavia, indicaram quarto que não havia sido limpo, tendo que voltar à recepção para indicarem outro quarto. A garagem é sem manobrista e compram R$ 25,00 - set/2025, por noite. Café da manhã simples/normal, possui frutas, café, tinha 2 tipos de suco, 2 tipos de queijo, presunto, pão de queijo, 2 tipos de pão. Suficiente, mas não será aquele de "novela". A localização é central, fácil acesso á cidade.

Tudo dentro do esperado para o padrão do hotel. Única coisa que incomodou bastante foi o isolamento acústico do quarto. Acredito que as portas são mais antigas, sem qualquer amortecimento, então pela manhã era muito barulho de porta batendo.

O atendimento no hotel é excelente. Os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos e solicitos. A limpeza é muito boa e café da manhã com muita variedade. A localização é excelente. Entretanto, os travesseiros não são confortáveis e não consegui conectar a TV aos canais abertos, mesmo depois de entrar em contato com o atendimento. Apesar do hotel de ter uma estrutura boa, as fotos aparentam que os quartos e recepção possuem uma estrutura bem Melhor.
