Wonderful Receptionist , wonderful staff, will be staying again. Also really nice clean property and great breakfast (better than LK down the street! ) I stayed at both and much prefer Bluetree. Plus walk across the street to the mall!

We have stayed at most of the upscale hotels in Florianopolis...we always come back to Blue Tree Premium for one reason, the staff....and end up being reminded of how comfortable the rooms are, how clean the property is and the great breakfast! Shout out to Adrian at the Front Desk who always has a smile, a pleasant greeting and a genuine offer to assist...we will be back on our next visit to Florida!!!!!

The hotel attended us pretty good, it's very convenient to be directly in front of a shopping mall and the overall location is good. The overall facilities are quite nice. A special thanks and recognition for Thiago, who was extremely helpful and friendly and his attention with us is much appreciated.

Very bad experince!

Considering the cost of the hotel from BRL devaluated currency and the high score from the guests I was very disappointed. The rooms are clean and not bad, but windows does not have the double glass, and all noise coming from the bars in front come straight to the rooms, specially the front ones. I decided leave the hotel in my second night to sleep in another property, Majestic Horel, almost in front and much better. The service to clean the room also took so long, even spending the whole day away the service come only around 4 pm, time when I was already planned to leave. The swimming pool, front picture in the web for Hotels.com is ridiculous small. A good point is in front of a nice mall with good restaurant options and walking distance to the Hercílo Luz Bridge. I do not recomend , I am afraid where the good rates come from.
