「Over all hotel is nice , Everyone working here was nice and kind . Anyhow for 5 star hotel shower enclosure is only 2 stars…. It is no door from living area to the bathroom,so it is crazy cold when you get out from the shower, and enclosure itself is ridiculously uncomfortable, Other thing -guests are allowed to smoke in a balcony,no separation between smoking and nonsmoking rooms,so you will smell disgusting cigarette smoke all day long… Also -5 star hotel does not have heated pool ,so October...

「We had a deluxe villa with own pool. It was just a shame due to staying later in the season, we did not get the sun on our loungers and the pool was very cold. (Still tried it though!!) Suite was lovely, Breakfast was good, lots of choice. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Resort is close to main road, which was a bit annoying if sitting out. Overall though, could not fault the resort. However, walked along the nearest beach, and was very disappointed with the amount of rubbish and...

「The overall experience was good. The staff were very helpful and attentive. There was a bad smell in the first room we checked into, but they changed our room the next day, and the new room was much better. The housekeeping team also did a great job. The food and service at Zamana Restaurant were amazing as well. I have stayed at many five-star hotels around the world, and I would say the service here is definitely five-star. However, based on the condition and quality of the rooms, I wouldn’t...

「Crete is full of hidden gems and The Eliros Mare is definitely one of them. We had an absolutely wonderful holiday at this hotel. We think it’s the perfect balance of not too small but not too big either. The service is wonderful and the staff genuinely care and do their very best. They are also very good at remembering your preferences such as where you like to sit. We are never usually a fan of buffets for evening dinner but this one we visited many times as it was excellent. A huge range of...

「Hotel is beautiful. Its exactly what you’d expect to find in Greece. Staff was nice and helpful. Reason for 3 stars: The room was very spacious but cheaply built. The flooring was creaking and would flex a lot. The shower was emitting a mold smell and upon closer inspection, there was mold all along the perimeter of the shower. I hate to call out such a nice hotel however this may be a big issue with a certain crowd. I hope they take this into consideration for future tenants. Beyond these 2...
