「There were 3 crackers making noise all night long after turn off the light& cost me over an hour to find/kill each one after another but the the 4th cracker is stilling there, so finally I give up & checked out around 03:20 am in the small hour. The staff's response was: "There is the season......" Request full refund damage.」

「We enjoyed having the entire mansion to ourselves during our midweek stay. The public rooms are elegant. The Lincoln Bedroom was well appointed and the mattress and pillows were comfortable. We appreciated having plenty of towels. We hope to come back.」

「The place is a dump, lots of regulars living there. They didn’t have my Orbitz reservation, so clearly their system is a mess and unreliable. I wouldn’t chance trying to stay here, you may not get a room.」

「Staff, not polite or friendly, or very helpful rooms, made an effort but extremely dirty and falling apart. Breakfast, terrible, cold coffee, 40 minutes to get more coffee, cobwebs in the every corner of the lobby and eating area」

「It was nice.」
