The rooms and common areas were well maintained, and everything felt fresh and welcoming. The location is excellent and made it very easy for us to get around Toronto and visit different attractions. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. "You can’t beat the location of this hotel. It’s the classic, Yonge meets Bloor. I get to see my family in 20 minutes. Amazing room, it’s quiet and the staff is attentive and went above and beyond. Ask for a kettle, it doesn’t come with one. And the room is pretty high-tech; it took a while to figure out how to turn on the lights. I arrived at the hotel close to midnight, and the hotel informed me that they had sold out the whole hotel including my confirmed room. The assistant manager owned up to the problem and tried to explain diligently to me what they would do to me next. To my absolute surprise, they upgraded me to a beautiful suite the next day I got back. They won me back. They turned a negative NPS into a very positive NPS and I already booked my next stay. "
