The solution was to park at the movie theater across the street. There were 5 empty EV spots available, so I used one of those. The lady at the desk was very apathetic and not very hospitable. 「My first handicapped assigned room 210 was a disaster. Electric outlets and USB ports did not work. This caused difficulties in running oxygen equipment and charging other electronics. Restroom had a bathtub. Yes there was a bench but not convenient for reaching shower head. Once moved to handicapped room 119, I had a much better stay. 119 was spacious, included a couch. Roll in shower with portable shower chair. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking lot accessibility is concerning.」

「Our room was dirty dirt and debris behind front door, spiders and dirt behind bathroom door, at least 30 burn holes in our blanket. I was disgusted with the amount of garbage in hallways and alcohol cans/bottles on window ledges. It is very poorly maintained. The breakfast consisted of dry muffins in a wrapper and coffee. However the front desk staff was very nice. I will never stay again, and would not recommend to anyone. In all honesty I feel like a refund is in order.」
