"Really poorly run, no WiFi, lacking in facilities, staff were gruff and absent and just a generally very weak property. I'd avoid. Very poor value for money given it is Turkey. "

"No sea view as on high street, staff were brilliant as always, one thing which hotel cannot control cafe in corner has music going till 1am so not great if you want peace and quiet. "As I walked up to the Hotel it looked quite modern from outside and the balcony's looked nice but that's where the good parts ended. As inealked interest nreception I could see how dirt it was and the floors were filthy. I thought to myself I hope the rooms are not like this. Well, as I was showed my room it was nothing like the pictures on the website. The room and furniture were tired, the fridge when I opened it was disgusting and dirty quickly closing it. The sheets and pillow cases had yellow stains on them and the bathroom was dirty and toilet disgusting with stains inside and flies around. I was shown a second room which stunk of sewage and said I'm sorry but I cannot stay here, ai have minimal standards and this did not meet them. All I ask for was it be clean but unfortunately it wasn't. I then had to look for another Hotel and it was late in the day but fortunately found one which was lovely and clean, I could then relax."

"We stayed one night at Le Méridien Bodrum Beach Resort, chosen for its amenities and closeness to the airport (just 20 minutes away), and left wishing we had stayed longer. The service was exceptional. Ali Bezir, the Front Office Manager, communicated with us before arrival, preparing everything to our needs. Nacira from Guest Relations was friendly and helpful, while Doğukan and Kubilay made check-in and check-out seamless. Restaurant staff, buggy drivers who ferried us around the hills, and even the playful kittens added warmth to our stay. The Stella Restaurant stood out with an excellent breakfast offering plenty of variety, and dinner was equally enjoyable. Ali kindly arranged for our room to be decorated and surprised our friend with a birthday cake — a beautiful touch that made the evening memorable. Our room was small but offered breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea, visible straight from the bed and even the shower. A modern TV with Google Cast was a great addition, and we enjoyed the beach, the scenic walks, the accessible gym, and a relaxing spa treatment. The only drawback was being told that use of the spa facilities required an extra €38 for 30 minutes, which felt disappointing for a 5-star resort, as I expected basic access to be included. Overall, the staff are the true stars here, making our short visit unforgettable. Highly recommended, especially if you’re looking for luxury close to the airport."
