Amazing hospitality, accommodation and views

The hotel is set in an amazing location with great sea views. The management could not be more helpful and epitomized Turkish hospitality. I can’t recommend NI Marin highly enough. You will not be disappointed.

Reasonably-sized room, stunning location and views, beautiful swimming pool and breakfast terrace. Basic standard breakfast served to every guest, steep prices for addons. At a price below 100 Euros per night, it is a good deal.

What a great hotel find.

What a great find. With a Boutique Hotel feel, the NI Marin Hotel was a great hotel to end our holiday in. With an infinity pool with a sweeping view of the bay and the sea beyond and double day beds on the pool terrace it was hard to tear ourselves away. The amazing sunset set it off for us. The hotel owner and his staff were amazing. He even offered to take us to the airport himself when our taxi was late. The hotel is in the hills overlooking the town of Gulluk. If you want a great pool, great view and lovely staff then this place is for you.

Only stayed for 1 night. A car is a must if staying here. It’s far away from everything. I arrived early evening but it was pitch black. It was difficult to find the place and had several dirt tracks to navigate. In daylight it’s fine. Check in was straight forward and you and your luggage are taken to your room in a golf type buggy. The room was very basic but it was ok as I was only here 1 night. There is a lovely swimming pool with stunning views over the bay and steps down to a small beach for sea swimming. There is a restaurant onsite which I didn’t try but it’s needed as there is literally nowhere else to get food for several miles. The included breakfast was good, plenty of cheeses, jams, different olives etc with seating inside or out overlooking the bay. If you’re looking for a complete get away from it all location, peaceful and happy with the onsite restaurant, this is the place for you. It served my needs for one night but I’d prefer to be closer to the centre with other options. It felt very isolated but also to consider I guess it’s now out of season. There were 4 or 5 wild pigs roaming the streets at night, huge things I passed on my way in so I wouldn’t be happy walking out in the evening.

Unexpected Gem

Last minute booking close to the airport. The hotel was tricky to find but worth the adventure. It's views over the ocean and sunsets were to die for. The staff were fantastic and up beat. The facilities of the pool are beautiful and the Infinity pool makes a great place to stare out at the sea and relax with a drink. The sea and beack are beautiful too, private and just enough to read a book and take a dip with the warm water. Clear and somewhat clean beach but needs some looking after from time to time. The hotels only recently opened so some work still required but we had a peaceful, uninterrupted and great couple of days there. Surrounding areas are gorgeous to walk in a marina and along a front with many transitional restaurants. Rooms don't have WiFi but this didn't bother us as the place is great for walks and enjoying some down time. Comfy rooms and beds. Got pressured shower and ample storage with Netflix TV and usual condiments. Clean, friendly and fantastic location. Will look forward to coming again. L Holmes.

This place is really awesome: We were the only 2 guests and had the whole resort for ourselves. The place is so clean that you’re afraid to walk to the toilet because it makes the floor wet. The view on the swimmingpool and sea is magnificent. The water in the pool is filtered water from the see. The temperature is perfect. In the front of the swimming pool are some relaxbeds in the water. Beautiful! The staff is amazing: because we were the only 2 guests we got an upgrade to the suite. (Thank you for that). Although there weren’t more visitors, the staff did everything to give us the best time of our lives. They are so friendly! The chef prepared us an a la carte diner, what was the best. There was a wrapped candlelight, an aluminium heart and a lot of roseleaves on our dinertable. The diner was amazing. Even like the desert. They treated us like a king and queen! The bar is very nice and we had a great time with talking to the staff and the owner. You can ask the staff everyting you want, like calling a taxi for some shopping in the village nearby. Because we had to catch our flight we only could spend here one night, but we had a once in a lifetime experience at Ni Marin, which we will never forget. Thank you for everyting!!

A Slice of Paradise with a Personal Touch

Hotel Ni Marin is a spectacular gem, run with warmth and professionalism by a dedicated family team. Like any new venture, it has its teething problems—but even heaven isn’t perfect. What truly matters is how those problems are handled, and here they’re addressed swiftly and sincerely. The panoramic views are breathtaking, especially from the infinity pool overlooking the deep blue Mediterranean. The private beach and pontoon offer a peaceful escape into the sea’s embrace. We had a hiccup with the chef early on, but the owners responded promptly and graciously, even offering a complimentary meal. The food—especially the fish—was outstanding. The restaurant is expansive, and while the wait staff worked hard, some delays were understandable. One small suggestion: morning beach clean-ups to remove the occasional washed-up litter would enhance the experience further. Just 15–20 minutes from Milas Airport and 5 minutes from Güllük town (a taxi is only ~300 Lira), it’s both accessible and well-priced. Drinks and meals are surprisingly affordable, resisting the usual hotel markup. As fellow hoteliers, we know quality when we see it. With a little fine-tuning, Hotel Ni Marin is poised to become one of the best on the Bodrum Peninsula. We had a fantastic holiday—thank you for the memories!

Een prachtige locatie om je vakantie door te brengen. Het eten is goed. De kamer is netjes en schoon. Echter de badkamer is wel gedateerd en toe aan nieuw onderhoud. De ventilatie mag ook beter in de badkamer. Want het blijft te lang vochtig in deze ruimte waardoor het in de andere ruimtes ook automatisch vochtiger wordt. Het personeel en de eigenaren zijn heel aardig en behulpzaam. De service en bediening is super!.

Oteli sevdim, istediğim gibi uzakta ve sessiz bir yerdeydi. Deniz ve havuz güzeldi. Personel güleryüzlü ve yardimseverlerdi bu konuda çok memnun kaldım. Tekrar teşekkür ederim. Tek hoşuma gitmeyen banyo araçlarını fazla kireçlenmesi ve eskimiş olması bu yüzden 1 puan kirdim. Ve plaj denize girme yerini düzenleme yaparlarsa daha makul olur. Mutfak bölümü temizdi. Resepsiyondan başlayan ilgi ve alaka tüm tatil boyunca sürdü. Şef garson mükemmel ilgili. Aşçı yeni transfermiş ama bayıldık levrek veya çipura yı mutlaka deneyin.
