"My husband, daughter and I stayed in a family room with Mountain View. I am still in awe of the beautiful view we had from our balcony. Absolutely stunning!!! Our room was very spacious with the master bedroom being separate from our daughter’s area. The breakfast was so so good and the staff was very friendly. If I ever come back to Switzerland, I will stay here again. It’s a bit of a walk to the train station, but they will come pick you up if needed. "

"Property has no air conditioning and radiators were on in the room. I was able to turn one off and after requesting help on the second was told it was locked and as low as possible. Slept with balcony door open and provided fan. Stay was April 6 and 7. "

"Nice staff, Clean room but very basic. The family apartment is in a total different building with no elevator not connected to the hotel, you have to walk in the alley to get there. Breakfast is average to below average. Food is not labeled. "

"The hotel has a commanding position in Wengen. The view of the mountains and valley are fantastic, and the common areas attract the guests to them. The hotel was clearly high-end decades ago, but has faded a bit. Some will find this charming, while others may not. The breakfast was excellent and should accommodate all tastes. The staff were outstanding, very personable and helpful."

"Perfect location right next to the ski train going to Kleine Scheidegg and a cable car going to Mannlichen. Amazing spa with warm sea water pool fuul of water jet massage spots, hamam, sauna, dipping pools, and an ice water plunge bucket. Breakfast choices are a bit repetitive, but plentiful. "
