Staying at Marazul is like staying with family. Everyone is super friendly. Over the years they have invested so much into the upkeep of the hotel. We are praying for the staff's safety and wellbeing following Hurricane Ottis.

No es lo que prometen por la aplicación de Expedia vista al mar llegando dicen que es bajo disponibilidad, aún pagando la estancia total llegando cobran por día una serie de impuestos supuestamente por día, por parte de la limpieza durante todos la instancia no cambiaron las sábanas y las toallas de piscina jamás las cambiaron.

Tiene buena ubicación, instalaciones y limpieza, ojala no la dejen caer, sobre todo en limpieza (hay hoteles que estarán bien ubicados pero la limpieza no es agradable)

Se pagó por una habitación con balcón y vista al mar por medio de la página de Expedia. Cuando llego al condominio me comentan que eso está sujeto a disponibilidad. Entonces?? ¿Quién está mintiendo con respecto al servicio? Porque para ese momento, el pago ya se hizo. La administración culpabiliza a la página por no ser claros y transparentes. 😐🤔 Salvo ese detalle, todo lo demás fue bueno.
