The bed was very firm. It’s nice they have a restaurant, but they don’t allow you to bring your own food or drinks to the pool because they want you to buy it from their expensive restaurant. Hotel is in a good location, but in need of updates or remodeling.

I didn't like the fact that the elevator is not working, so walking 5 stories becomes very tiring and that the parking lot is not in the hotel premises.

Generally very good. It's right on the beach. The pool is of medium size and also with sea view. The staff were very friendly and helpful. In the restaurant I thought there could have been a little more value for money at breakfast time but the prices for lunch and dinner I thought were reasonable. The service at all times in the restaurant was excellent. I only tried the prawns for dinner but they were so good I had them three times in different ways! The rooms are big and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of places to put things and there was a fridge. Everything was very clean. The air conditioning in this hotel is individual and was new. I only have one negative comment. On Saturday night there seemed to be very few security staff on duty (compared to the rest of the week when I actually saw them passing front of my room) and a group of young guys decided to smoke, drink and chat in the passage way in front of the elevator at 3 am. The noise finally stopped at 4.30 am. It shouldn't be possible for people to be smoking inside the hotel. There are smoke detectors in the rooms which is why these guys were in the corridor I guess. The rest of the week everything was fine. I would strongly recommend this hotel on the whole and I hope to stay there again.

El único problema que vi fue el estacionamiento. Cuentan con el servicio, pero es externo, así que no está en la propiedad. Está a unos 10 minutos caminando. Fuera de eso, todo excelente con las instalaciones, el servicio, la limpieza, el personal, etc.

Lindo lugar, lleno de vegetación las condiciones de la estructura del hotel están en óptimas condiciones, el área de la alberca muy limpia, el acceso a la playa esta a un par de metros de ahí... Excelente vista tanto del amanecer cómo del atardecer. La atención del personal es muy buena. Por todo éso llevo alojandome en ése hotel desde mi infancia

El hotel está bien y el personal de la alberca muy amables y atentos pero el problema estuvo en que en la habitación 209 del hotel había chinches en los dos colchones y en el buró nos cambiaron de habitación y fue mejor esa habitación.
